Miracles of meditation


One day I received a mail containing rules to practice meditation. As it was well explained I started doing it step by step. I belief that i feel better and somehow I get rid of my aged bodily ailments. Every morning before breakfast I try to do and am doing it regularly. It’s a great exercise and I feel that everyone should do it for 10 to 15 minutes everyday to experience better self. It calms down one’s body and mind giving deep and smooth experience. It gives soothing effects on body and mind besides giving a chance to see and understand oneself. I have provided the link to the practice guide for meditation I received.
